RezoDance
Your way to lightness, freedom and balance
within your body, mind & spirit
RezoDance is a meditational, healing, semi-free-form
movement, infused with reiki energy. It comprises of
7-vibes, including a self-massage vibe & a rebirthing vibe
• RezoDance can free up muscles & joint & helps restore better posture
• RezoDance helps achieve the Balance of Grace—the blissful balance between the Light of your Soul & living the here-now vivaciously
• RezoDance is completely non-denominational & can be & can be enjoyed by members of all belief systems as well as atheists
• RezoDance does not require any skill or physical shape & you won't have to pretzel yourself like in yoga
Day: Beginning Friday, March 15, 2024 (check with teacher for more class dates)
Time: 5:30 -8:00pm
5:30-6:00 Introduction to RezoDance & Kindness Movement
6:00-8:00 RezoDance session, facilitated by Zohar Love (the founder of RezoDance)
Cost: $25 cash at door/$30 if you pay through Zelle or PayPal
